Driving visibility & leads for Design Tonic through a multi-channel marketing flywheel
As a result of several years of rapid growth, Design Tonic needed a robust inbound marketing strategy to sustain growth & strengthen its position in a competitive commercial interiors market.
The challenge was to build momentum across several channels at once, supporting lead generation while continuing to grow the wider Design Tonic brand.
The brief
The commercial fit-out and workplace design sector is busy. Brands need authority, a clear point of difference & enough visibility to stay in the mix during a long B2B buying journey. For Design Tonic, that meant building stronger brand awareness, improving visibility for high-intent searches & creating a clearer route from discovery to enquiry.
The aim was not simply to improve search performance, but to create a joined-up marketing flywheel. Whether prospects were finding the brand through search, paid campaigns, social content, email activity or newer AI-led journeys, Design Tonic needed to feel credible, distinctive & worth engaging with. Just as importantly, the strategy had to keep people connected to the brand over time, not just push for a single conversion.

The approach
To make that happen, Next Chapter™ built a multi-channel strategy around a flexible marketing flywheel, allowing search, paid media, CRM, social & email to work together rather than operate in silos. We strengthened Design Tonic’s organic foundations through ongoing SEO & a keyword-led content strategy, helping the brand build topical authority, improve visibility for high-value commercial terms, & reinforce trust across the site. Alongside this, we introduced AEO improvements early so the strategy could respond to changing search behaviour & the growing influence of AI-led discovery.
Paid media also played an important role in accelerating momentum. We ran campaigns across LinkedIn, Google & Bing, then supported that activity with organic social & email marketing to keep the brand visible & audiences engaged over time — not just at the point of first contact.

A standout part of the work was the launch of a new AI moodboarding tool, backed by a dedicated marketing campaign. Together, these channels created a joined-up strategy that strengthened visibility, deepened engagement & supported lead generation across the wider brand.
